Response Building Maintenance Services (Scotland) Ltd commenced trading in 1996 and provides a multi-trade property maintenance, repair and refurbishment service to Housing Associations, Commercial and Industrial clients.

We specialise in providing this multi-trade service via one point of contact, taking any co-ordination problems away from the client. We have the following trades available, all directly employed by Response, no self-employed personnel are engaged:-

We also specialise in the installation of Level-Access Showers and other adaptations for the disabled and have dedicated teams who operate continually on such works. These teams have a wealth of experience in this particular area and are fully appreciative of end user needs in what can often be a sensitive situation.

In addition to reactive repairs, planned maintenance and general refurbishment works, we are well experienced in large-scale Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement contracts and Window Renewal contracts.

We have a fleet of over 70 vehicles and mobile communications with all trades.

Our 12,000 sq ft custom-built premises which house a fully equipped manufacturing joinery workshop, well stocked stores, a vehicle & plant workshop and modern offices, are located in Deans, Livingston, just off the M8 motorway.
