An authentic “all trades” service for jobbing repair and maintenance works is available. All our tradesmen are directly employed by RESPONSE.

No self employed personnel or sub contractors are used in our main trade groups of Joiners, Builders, Plumbers, Painters & Decorators and Electricians, giving us optimum control and accountability.

We are happy to enter into Term Contracts, Lump Sum Contracts or Partnering Arrangements which can be based on Hourly Rates, Schedules of Rates or Annual Cost.

A comprehensive range of materials for all trades is carried in our in-house Stores facility and this is backed up by a full range of national and local suppliers.
